Escalation Program will calculate increases for taxes, consumer price index, and common area maintenance charges. Details for each tenant’s base, percentage, minimums and caps are stored in the tenant lease information. To calculate the tenant’s percentage, we export the tenant details into a spreadsheet with all the necessary formulas built-in. You can customize the formulas to suit any specific changes your company requires.

Applied billing program allows you to apply the tenant payments to all or any part of an open billing invoice (as compared to a balance forward system that does not apply payments to billing invoices).
