The Power of Expensive Software, at a Far Lower Cost

Single User 1 Computer $300.00 per year
  2 Computers (one customer) $400.00 per year
  3 Computers (one customer) $500.00 per year
Network User Two station license $500.00 per year
  Five station license $750.00 per year
  Each additional 5-Station License $250.00 per year

Price includes all upgrades and complimentary technical support (see definition below for support). Customer must have access to the internet to pay the annual fee by credit card and to download all upgrades. If customer does not have internet access, there will be an additional charge for creating an upgrade cd-rom and the shipping and handling.

Installation and training:

Customer can install the program by cd-rom shipped by RIS. No expert skill is required for the installation. Help manuals are included with the software and the customer should be able to use the program without any expert training.

On site installation and training is available in certain major cities. If it is available in your area, we will have a local affiliate contact you for pricing.

Support:

Complimentary technical support. RIS will provide complimentary (no charge) technical support for any errors in the RIS software program. Customer should contact RIS with a description of the error and must print out the error report which appears on the screen. Customer will not be charged for correcting any errors in the RIS program. The following problems are not errors in the RIS program and customer will be charged for support for these items:

  • Viruses, worms, etc. in the customer’s computer
  • Problems with the customer’s computer hardware
  • Problems with the customer’s windows operating system
  • Problems created by the customer installing other software programs.

Paid technical support. Customer has the option to pay on an occurrence basis or to prepay for support by prepaid plan. Prepaid plans are more cost-effective and continue until all time is used up. RIS customer support is available to assist the customer in using the RIS program and to assist in fixing any problems with the RIS data. RIS does not fix the customer’s hardware, the windows operating system, or viruses. Customer should contact a local computer expert or local store for such services.

No Plan $50.00 minimum charge for a 15-minute call. Each additional minute is $3.35 per minute. Pay by credit card at time of support.
1 hour prepaid plan $175.00 Prepay. RIS will track time and deduct from time remaining in the “time bank”
2 hour prepaid plan $300.00 Prepay. RIS will track time and deduct from time remaining in the “time bank”
5 hour prepaid plan $650.00 Prepay. RIS will track time and deduct from time remaining in the “time bank”
